You can always come back to it and any exercises that it contains at another time. Any in-session exercises are written out in the curriculum for you in detail, so you can listen to the instructions and do them on your own when it is convenient.
Also, the slide show presentation is included as a pdf for you to use if you need it. Feel free to print it or download it as you desire.
Be sure to take notes on whatever inspires you and be sure to write down any questions that might come up for you. You can bring the questions to our Kaleidoscope or private sessions. It's all up to you. Enjoy the lecture!
