As you progress through your week, please continue to be aware of your triggers as they arise. Now, though, I want you to pay close attention to how you respond to your triggers. Do you notice yourself:

  • Suppressing your emotions?
  • Repressing your emotions?
  • Denying and projecting your emotions?
  • Expressing your emotions?
  • Escaping your emotions?
  • Neutralizing your emotions?

For now, just be aware of how you are processing your emotions and be sure to journal about it at the end of the day.
